Located in the heart of Troyes. A nice, character hotel. A very nice breakfast is provided but there is no restaurant but as the hotel is in the heart of the town, there are plenty of places to eat and the hotel staff gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Staff were very friendly to us. We used the car park which is 2-3 minutes walk a away (a valuable asset as parking in Troyes is very limited). It was all very clean

Our room had provided all the amenities you could want and the bathroom Nuxe products were a real treat! The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well and was quiet. Location of the hotel in the historic part of town was brilliant. The safe, secure and spacious car park provided close to the hotel was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a very good range of hot and cold items, including some regional French products. Looking forward to returning to this hotel again shortly.

Booked hotel as travelling from Italy back to UK so staying for one night. Hotel was easy to find, extremely friendly and helpful welcome. Given map and clear directions to the secure car park which was about a minute's walk away. The room was a great size, fantastic shower, all extremely clean. For the dog there was a waterbowl and map of dog friendly areas to walk him. The hotel was in a great location to explore Troyes and walk to lovely restaurants. Bar area was very nice. As we had the dog we could not eat in the breakfast room so breakfast was set up for us in the bar area. We had a lovely restful stay and would return.

This is an excellent hotel, clean, spacious, good beds and outstanding staff. We brought our three dogs with us, which was no problem, but were told that we could not bring them in the breakfast room (perfectly understandable for us) when we booked, so we did not book the breakfast. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast the day after as well: we indicated that we had the dogs with us and the friendly employee told us that indeed the breakfast room was not possible, but we could take breakfast in the bar/salon. After a good sleep we went to the bar/salon in the morning and another friendly employee even set the table for us and brought water for the dogs, an excellent service! The breakfast itself was also outstanding with a large choice, so everyone will have something to their liking. Furthermore, the hotel is located around at an excellent spot in the city center and the possibility to reserve a parking space was great. A message for the hotel manager: please give our compliments to your staff, they really know the meaning of hospitality!

This is a very lovely hotel overall. Dog friendly and has secure parking around the corner with chargers for electric cars. There is a lift/elevator as well as stairs. Comfortable room and spacious in junior suite. Nice details like Nuxe products and wellness courtyard. Nice staff who speak English as well.

The location of this hotel was what 'sold' it to us as we only had a short time to spend in Troyes and wanted to be close to the centre for restaurants. In the UK the brand Best Western is not acknowledged as a particularly sought after brand however as I am in the hospitality industry I knew to trust this for France in the main. So we booked and were not disappointed. The team, the room, the Champagne at the bar and of course the location all lived up to our hopes. Parking was great too, secure and very close to the hotel.

Location absolutely perfect for the centre of Troyes. Everything was within walking distance. At At an extra price we were able to park the car in a secure car park a minutes’ walk away from the hotel-a bonus in such a restricted city. Clement was particularly helpful and charming.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Troyes, ideal for seeing the town. Room was large & comfortable . We splashed out on a junior suite which was well worth the money. Spacious lounge area, big comfy bed, large bathroom with lovely bath & a rainfall shower. Loved the TV in the mirror! Our room faced the main road but the double glazing sealed out the noise well. Fantastic breakfast selection, staff really friendly & helpful. Garage parking over the road was easy and worth taking as street parking is challenging. This was a stopver on a long journey but we will definitely return for a longer stay

This was our second visit to this hotel and it is a lovely place to stay in Troyes as a couple. As before, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room, food and location are brilliant. Safe, secure parking at a very reasonable price is a bonus. Fresh and clean bedroom with wonderful Nuxe bathroom products from Nuxe Spa on site!
