Excellent position in picturesque old town, good shower and room facilities as you would expect from this brand and price point, with bathrobes and slippers included and appreciated. Breakfast good, lots of choice including hot options and with helpful staff, although coffee strangely below par. ( We ordered cafe au lait, but an espresso machine was also available.). Excellent restaurants within short walk.

Perfect location in the middle of the city. Big room, comfortable bed and great rain shower. The bar is nice to wind down after a day exploring the city and their champagne by the glass is actually pretty good. Parking is a bit of an issue to unload, either you take one of the short term lots or you signal them to lower the pistons on their unloading bay. We recommend to reserve a parking lot in their garage that's a short walk away.

Great location. Nice design features. lounge and bar furniture attractive. Relaxing courtyard with water feature. Staff friendly and always helpful. Barriers dropped outside the hotel to drop off luggage and reception helped get bags in. Great Nuxe Spa with lovely staff. Sustainable concept hotel, great to reduce energy use of packaging. Very comfy beds. Great pillows

Troyes is an old, historic city and space is at a premium. This is reflected in most of the buildings which crowd the narrow streets and this hotel is no exception - it feels cosy! The breakfast is the best breakfast spread, I have every enjoyed anywhere - exceptional and far above the typical mediocre effort that most make to produce a continental breakfast. This was far, above and beyond the normal! Whilst the room was not spacious, it was comfortable. What is more, it was a privilege to stay in the city centre, which is simply wonderful. Troyes would be a great place to live!

Excellent central location, with well-appointed rooms at higher end of cost range. Friendly staff. Shops, cafes and restaurants all right outside. Solid breakfast spread and unusually good coffee. Complementary spa looked very nice but didn't have time to use.

The location was superb! The option to have paid parking was great. Breakfast was a delight and came with personalised and polite service. The breakfast waitress is very charming. Such a delightful city with so many surprises!

This hotel is fantastic! The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. I was returning from a cycling race, and they went above and beyond to assist me with my bike and luggage. I was even upgraded to a larger room, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the old town; you couldn't ask for a better spot.

Located in the heart of Troyes. A nice, character hotel. A very nice breakfast is provided but there is no restaurant but as the hotel is in the heart of the town, there are plenty of places to eat and the hotel staff gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Staff were very friendly to us. We used the car park which is 2-3 minutes walk a away (a valuable asset as parking in Troyes is very limited). It was all very clean

Our room had provided all the amenities you could want and the bathroom Nuxe products were a real treat! The bed was very comfortable and the air con worked well and was quiet. Location of the hotel in the historic part of town was brilliant. The safe, secure and spacious car park provided close to the hotel was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a very good range of hot and cold items, including some regional French products. Looking forward to returning to this hotel again shortly.

Booked hotel as travelling from Italy back to UK so staying for one night. Hotel was easy to find, extremely friendly and helpful welcome. Given map and clear directions to the secure car park which was about a minute's walk away. The room was a great size, fantastic shower, all extremely clean. For the dog there was a waterbowl and map of dog friendly areas to walk him. The hotel was in a great location to explore Troyes and walk to lovely restaurants. Bar area was very nice. As we had the dog we could not eat in the breakfast room so breakfast was set up for us in the bar area. We had a lovely restful stay and would return.
